I mean what sounds good in theory sounds like hell in practice,
I mean you can't die ...ever .No matter what you do you know that you're gonna survive it .In how many pieces you survive it is a whole another story.
For those of us who are or were thrill seekers knowing that you can't die just takes a lot of the fun out of life.
Personally I would be constantly pushing the envelope to see if the theory that I couldn't die was actually true.

No. - The Bible promises a earth full of peace where mankind will live in perfection with no fear of death, illness, war and pain. Hundreds of verses that tell us how there will be no starvation and lack of homes.

That depends on your faith, though I suppose in the end even faith will not matter.

The real paradise which is the Kingdom of God is far beyond what the human brain can project, even in a dream. Any television show or movie depicting God's Kingdom is a worse than mediocre representation. The Kingdom of God will be a place deemed inconceivable by non-believers. All who dwell in this Kingdom will experience total peace. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things have passed away."

The real choice here is do you want to spend the remainder of your life preparing for a 'paradise' which may or may not happen.

Or do you want to accept the fact that you are actually in a paradise. For if you believe in God, then you must acknowledge that this is his creation, and how can anything your God created be less than perfect?

So if you don't find life here a paradise, then you have to ask yourself why. For if you find your little corner of this world is slightly vandalized by man, then would it not be better to try and restore Gods paradise here on earth, than to waste your time waiting for a new one to manifest after you die.

Indeed there are many religions which hold the belief that your judgment day will be like a landlord, and you will be offered a place in the next life, that reflects how well you cared for your place within this life.

I am an Atheist, so I don't waste my life in preparation for the next, but I do think that I have no ownership of this world, I merely rent it from my grandchildren. I therefore want to keep as much of its beauty intact, and this has no nasty effects on my neighbors who may hold a different viewpoint about religion. For I am respecting both my own views, and the creation of their gods.

Day dreaming about a better life is - under Christian thinking - in itself a sin. God helps him who helps himself (and I use this not to support shoplifters here) but getting off your butt and building that paradise, rather than just imagining it, will put you in better stead with your deity I suspect?
